Jake Dean
Jake has a true passion for teaching, inspiring, and lifting others. He is well known for his ability to command any room, from classroom to convention hall, with his radiating tone as he shares the knowledge he has gained as a lifelong learner. Jake’s real estate career boasts a plentitude of multifaceted transactions that include commercial, residential, turnkey rental properties, and major real estate investments. Over the last few years, he has built a multi-family syndication network spanning from the Southeast to the Southwest areas of the country. With deals in FL, GA, TN, TX, and the greater Chicago area, Jake controls units with a total value of over $54MM.
Brandy McDaniel
In a value-add model like The Regal Fund, Brandy’s twelve-year background in construction provides specific knowledge and the expertise needed to excel. She has the innate ability to successfully communicate with contractors, and the reputation for excellence among major construction companies needed to keep and maintain sound real estate investments. She knows how to negotiate deals, set the right price per square foot, and hold construction partners to their word. Specifically, due diligence and contractor management are areas where she brings added value with positive professionalism.
Jenny Olivero
During the recession of 2008, Jenny was able to operate lean, find quality trades, and keep a steady backlog while operating at a 30%-50% gross margin on her projects. While in tenure with Lennar Homes, she became the youngest division president in the company’s history where she earned her reputation for being “The Fixer.” Because of her experience as the owner of her own company for over 15 years, her extensive background in construction, and her unique skills as the fixer. She now consults for the Swinerton Management and Consulting division. Jenny currently owns and operates single and multifamily investments in CA, MO, and TX.

The Regal Strategy
Improve
Jenny and Brandy have backgrounds in construction that lead our value-add plays in an unsurpassed way. The Regal Fund partners with experienced property managers to make strategic upgrades and improve operational efficiency. This increases the quality of the property and maximizes profits.
Stabilize
Once the value-add activities are completed, the operating income will increase providing higher cash flow for investors. Our team will use this opportunity to consider refinancing the asset in order to bring even higher cash flow to investors.
Sell
After the property is stabilized and the cash flow opportunity has been maximized (appx. 3-7 years), we will sell the property and distribute returns in a lump sum.
