Brandy McDaniel

Brandy has this uncanny ability to connect with everyone. It’s almost…electric.

By the end of any meeting, event, or convention, everyone knows Brandy. In a matter of minutes, she can connect with anyone. She will create a genuine pathway of care and connection, and this doesn't just spill over into her professional sphere-- it's a way of life. Her client and investor relations are unsurpassed. While being a formidable force professionally, Brandy communicates with construction workers to boardroom CEOs the same way: always genuine, always sincere, and with ease. This warm and inviting energy draws people to Brandy.

After serving a 5-year apprenticeship with the IBEW, Brandy received the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Journeyman Wireman Status. Before this distinguished honor, she completed a degree in micro-computer technology. Brandy landed a position working for Cupertino Electric, one of the largest electrical contractors in the United States. Within her career at Cupertino Electric, she spearheaded and oversaw several multi-million-dollar electrical projects for well-known companies. Facebook, Stanford University, The US Department of Energy, and Pacific Gas and Electric are among the high-profile projects where Brandy was a pivotal force.

During the height of the supply-chain breakdown of the Pandemic, Brandy was able to successfully complete 5 remodeling projects. She began buying and remodeling houses in the Bay Area, Midwest and TX all while running projects for Cupertino Electric. Not only did she complete four buy and hold acquisitions and one flip during the Pandemic, but Brandy also obtained her California Real Estate License. Her license is currently held with EXP Brokerage in San Ramon, CA.

In a value-add model like The Regal Fund, Brandy’s 12-year background in construction provides specific knowledge and expertise needed. With her ability to successfully communicate with contractors, a heavy construction model in place, and a reputation for excellence among the major construction companies needed to keep and maintain sound real estate investments, Brandy is a huge win in your corner. She knows how to negotiate deals, set the right price per square foot, and hold construction partners to their word. We all know the construction industry is in its own world, and Brandy is someone who will consistently be there to navigate, translate and keep all costs to a minimum.
